Subscriber expressly agrees that use of Our Service and the Content is at its sole risk. To the fullest extent permissible by law, in relation to Our Service and the Content, 5x Channel and the Sources disclaim all warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to any warranties of title, or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. You consent to 5x Channel Company Limited in "matching" (as defined in the aforesaid Ordinance) any such personal data with data collected for other purposes and/or from other sources (including third parties) for these and other purposes. You also consent to any such personal data being transferred to another legal jurisdiction outside Hong Kong that may not have laws protecting your personal data similar to the aforesaid Ordinance.
